Hearthstone Communities is in growth mode and currently seeking a Business Office Manager to join our team! The Business Office Manager is responsible for resident application, accounts receivable, resident trust fund, processing Medicaid, Medicare and Private Pay billing.
Apply now! Responsibilities : Review admissions for accuracy of payer information, available coverage, secondary payers and qualifying hospital stays Verification of insurance benefits based on level of care provided.
Prepare and bill all Medicaid and Private pay billing for the campus Timely posting of all payments Assist with Medicaid applications Manage census Responsible for Residents Trust Account for inhouse resident Daily bank deposits Benefits : 4 weeks of PTO on an accrual basis in your first year of employment 7 paid holidays (premium pay if scheduled to work the holiday) Shift Differential 401k with employer match Medical, dental, and vision Insurance Employer paid life insurance Paid training opportunities Early Learning Center (Daycare) on campus available to staff at 50% discount Qualifications : 1-2 years financial experience in healthcare setting 1 year Medicaid billing Knowledge of current insurance procedures, contracts Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Knowledgeable of laws, regulations, and guidelines pertaining to healthcare financial processes.
