What are the responsibilities and job description for the Construction Mgr Retail position at Test?
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating contractors & services for manufactured and modular homes.
- This will include pulling permits, site construction bids, site plans, scheduling pre and post-delivery, set up and finishing of home projects.
Position and pay depending on experience
