The receptionist is responsible to assist with Clerical functions. Apply now! Responsibilities : Responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and must either forward the call to the appropriate person or take message Greet visitors and offers directions through facility and / or contacts supervisor or staff of visitor arrival or incoming delivers Checks incoming mail daily. Responsible for receiving, sorting and promptly distributing mail for Resident's and Administrative staff. May forward Resident's business mail to family members Copies and faxes document as directed. Assist with any special projects as needed by various departments. Sells guest meal tickets.
