Testa Rossa, meaning “red head” in Italian is a spicy, sexy new addition to the Fearless Restaurants collection of independently owned restaurants. The new location will be located at the Shoppes at Brinton Lake. The bold flavors of Italian-American cuisine inspire Testa Rossa, it will offer a fun, energetic dining experience with a vibrant, Italian modernist design. Testa Rossa focuses on freshly made pasta, wood-fired pizzas, and classic Italian entrees. With over 180 indoor seats and 100 seats on the outdoor patio, this new restaurant promises to deliver an exciting and lively atmosphere.
A Fearless Line Cook will be a professional who takes pride in their work. All team members must be highly organized with the ability and desire to work fast and clean.
Tentatively, opening November 2024. Training is available immediately at other Fearless Restaurants locations.
Skills/Requirements
- 2 years of restaurant experience in a high-volume, excellence-driven environment
- Must have previous experience working fast-paced sauté, pantry, or grill stations
- Excellent knife skills
- Excellent work ethic and dedication to the hospitality industry
- Must be driven to meet or exceed standards of operational excellence
- Likes to work in a team and professional work ethic
- Food Safety Knowledge
- High level of stamina to work on feet for extended periods
