**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a highly organized, well rounded, and creative individual. The ideal candidate will have a blend of creative and techincal skills, with proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop. You’ll be working closely with the team, contributing to design tasks and project workflows.
**Key Responsibilities:**
*Design Duties:*
- Create 2D and 3D design renderings and models using CAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Assist with design development, space planning, and material selection for hospitality projects.
- Participate in design meetings, contributing ideas and suggestions to enhance project outcomes.
- Support team with timelines, budgets, and client presentations.
- Maintain project files and update project schedules in coordination with the design team.
**Qualifications:**
- 2- 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the hospitality design industry.
- Proficiency in CAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for design and a strong aesthetic sense for hospitality spaces.
