The Contract Administrator will play a critical role in managing customer and supplier contracts. Essential Duties, Functions And/or Responsibilities
- Coordinate the contract review process by receiving contracts, routing them to relevant departments for review, consolidating feedback, and facilitating final signatures.
- Manage a high volume of emails and communications from various teams across the company, ensuring timely responses and accurate tracking of contract-related requests and updates.
- Enter contract details and upload documents into the contract management system.
- Extract information from the contract management system to respond to audit inquiries and ad hoc internal stakeholder requests.
- Provide updates to departments regarding contract statuses, approaching deadlines, and other key milestones.
- Track and monitor task due dates, contract deadlines, and renewal dates to ensure timely action.
- Generate quarterly/monthly reports and create custom reports as needed.
- Monitor and update the system of record with contract pricing.
- Indirectly responsible for product quality
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Previous experience in administrative or project management roles is an advantage.
- Strong computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Ability to work independently and manage daily responsibilities effectively.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of email communications while maintaining accuracy and prioritization.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts, technical documents, and regulations.
- Proven ability to draft and present business reports.
- Skilled in effectively presenting information and responding to inquiries from managers, sales representatives, and customers.
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
