The Label Finishing Operator operates and maintains label finishing equipment, ensuring high-quality finished products and timely completion of projects. This role requires basic knowledge of label finishing processes and equipment, with a focus on learning and developing skills.

Essential Duties, Functions And/or Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and maintain label finishing equipment
- Follow established procedures and best practices for label finishing
- Ensure high-quality output in line with company standards and customer requirements
- Assist in the troubleshooting and resolution of basic technical issues related to label finishing processes and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring a safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Label Finishing Lead
- Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 years of experience in label finishing or a related field, or equivalent training
- Basic knowledge of label finishing processes and equipment
- Attention to detail and a focus on quality
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to continuous learning and development
- Ability to safely and successfully perform essential job functions in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards
- Ability to maintain regular and timely attendance in accordance with the ADA, FMLA, and other federal, state, and local regulations
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. when necessary
