The Rural Triage Crisis Co-Responders will consistently co-locate and co-respond with law enforcement in the rural cities in Fresno County. The Triage Co-Responder team will attempt to divert individuals in crisis away from the criminal justice system and emergency rooms by adequately providing assessment, intervention, and linkage to appropriate co-occurring disorder treatment options with case management follow-up.
