Manage and supervise the operation of the WEC cafeteria. Maintaining a clean and orderly environment while supervising an Adult Day Program group of students that may require assistance with toileting and feeding. Knowledge and ability to follow health department standards, including but not limited to food safety, cleanliness and food handling regulations. Under general direction, prepare meals and mange kitchen operationPlan a healthy daily menuResponsible for all required shopping for kitchenMaintain and track kitchen inventory log and stock food items appropriatelyPrepare all foodOrganize and maintain a sanitary work environment, ensuring all appliances are up to health and safety standards.Ability to accommodate clients dietary needs at any time requested by manager.Manage and maintain accurate client and staff daily lunch money and charges.Assisting consumers with total care of bowel and bladder.Provide coaching and redirection to consumers with behavior challenges during crisis situations.Assist counselors with creating goals for each client and assuring that each client works toward those goalsDaily charting and data collection on progression and regression of consumer objective goals.Responsible for filing incident reports which include but are not limited to : suspected abuse, suspected neglect, violence or any other behavior that requires a mandated report.Responsible for ensuring client timecards are properly filled out each dayAttend mandatory staff meetingsFollow the Cash Management policy issued by Finance DepartmentFollow Kings View Policy and Procedures while maintaining and following Title 22 regulations and the California Retail Food Code.Maintain professionalism at all timesReport any safety concerns to management in a timely mannerOther assigned tasks as assigned
