Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate parts as needed to support repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Read and interpret schematics to troubleshoot electrical issues effectively.
- Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring they are completed safely and efficiently.
- Utilize logic controllers for troubleshooting and repairs of automated systems.
- Conduct inspections using tools such as an Ohmmeter to assess electrical components.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance overall facility operations.
Skills
- Proficient in fabricating parts and components for machinery.
- Strong ability to read and understand schematics for electrical systems.
- Experience in supervising maintenance tasks or teams is preferred.
- Knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in maintenance work.
