We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead with expertise in Oracle Utilities solutions (CC&B, C2M, MDM, etc.) to join our team in Portland, Oregon. This role requires working onsite, five days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Implement and support Oracle Utilities solutions, including CC&B, C2M, and MDM
✔ Integrate CC&B with other enterprise and operational systems (MDM, WAM, NMS, etc.)
✔ Develop functional design documents and configure CC&B to meet project requirements
✔ Design forms, workflows, portlets, and system integrations
✔ Provide support for testing and troubleshooting functional areas
Key Requirements:
🔹 10 years of experience in Oracle Utilities (CC&B, C2M, MDM)
🔹 Strong knowledge of Oracle Utilities Application Framework (OUAF)
🔹 Understanding of Meter-to-Cash flow & Billing processes
🔹 Hands-on experience in design, development, configuration, and enhancements
🔹 Ability to capture configurations and create documentation for development teams
🔹 Must be local to Portland, OR, or willing to relocate
