Under supervision of the clinic manager, develops and implements individual occupational therapy programs for all ages designed to maximize patient mobility and function within their physical limitations / disabilities through various occupational therapy treatment interventions.

Professional & Technical Skills
Good communication skills, ability to apply the theory of occupational therapy, competency in performing occupational therapy treatments and operating equipment, basic computer skills.
Graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy culminating in a minimum of a bachelor of science degree.
Valid occupational therapy license in the state of Indiana
CPR certification
