Job Responsibilities
The salary range estimated for this position based in Pennsylvania is $65,000.00–$100,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy

Job Responsibilities
- Successfully implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key decision makers in the Food Manufacturing Industry.
- Develops product and application knowledge to effectively perform product demonstrations and technical presentations.
- Completes Department Operational requirements to report on activities necessary to achieve strategic targets.
- Conduct regular Customer Business Reviews to ensure customer happiness and identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure strict compliance with corporate policies and regulatory standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (Scientific or Technical background is a plus but not mandatory)
- Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the food manufacturing or food safety sectors (experience with laboratory equipment is a bonus but not required)
- 5 years of experience in sales and business development, with a strong focus on industrial food manufacturing or related industries
- Experience managing long sales cycles, particularly in regulated industries
- Understanding of regulatory-driven markets – Familiarity with ISO 16140, HACCP, FSMA is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, especially Application Engineers and Product Management
- Willingness to travel (regionally and internationally) to meet customers, attend trade shows, and conduct sales meetings (50%)
- Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools
