Key Responsibilities :
- Lead Generation : Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach to potential clients.
- Client Engagement : Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their business needs and aligning Fireflink's products and services to offer tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Pitching & Presentations : Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demos to potential clients.
- Negotiation : Lead contract negotiations, ensuring profitable terms and conditions while addressing client requirements and expectations.
- Market Research : Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to inform business development strategies.
- Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions to clients.
- Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activity, pipeline, and forecasts through CRM systems, providing regular updates to senior management.
