Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Manager to facilitate the scheduling and resource allocation for our K-12 business unit. Under the direction of the K-12 Business Unit Director (BUD), the Production Manager will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring project workloads, forecasting revenue, and ensuring that project and individual performance goals are met. This role requires effective communication, proactive planning, and the ability to resolve scheduling conflicts to meet utilization goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Revenue Forecasting & Capacity Management :
Maintain and ensure the accuracy of business unit backlog, collaborating with the BUD to monitor and anticipate changes in staffing needs.
Manage project schedules and allocate resources effectively based on team needs and development goals.
Lead weekly business unit scheduling meetings and participate in firm-wide scheduling and cross-team coordination meetings.
May oversee Project Administrators or other support staff.
Qualifications & Requirements :
5-10 years of experience in project administration, coordination, or management, with a focus on scheduling and manpower planning.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Compensation :
The expected pay range for this role is $77,000-133,800 annual salary. Actual pay will be determined based on license, experience, qualifications, geographic location, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted by law. We target most new hire offers between the minimum up to the middle of the range.
