Who You Are…
- You are positive, motivating and have effective interpersonal communication skills
- You love to have fun while you’re at work
- You enjoy going above and beyond for your team and guests
- You have the desire and capacity to train all fitness levels – novice to elite
- You are well-versed in basic anatomy, kinesiology, contraindicated exercises, exercise modifications for all populations and ACSM Guidelines for frequency, intensity, duration, and mode
- You have experience teaching Group Fitness classes in a related discipline
- Deliver workouts with an energetic attitude
- Ensure members have a safe and positive experience
- Adhere to the description of the class and modify the intensity when necessary
- Provide modifications to our exercise to meet our members needs
- Continuously monitor the exercise intensity thought out the duration of the class
- Ensure class begins and ends on time
- Communicate with the Fitness Manager on member feedback, equipment and operational status, scheduling, and subbing
