Teti Bakery USA is looking for a plant manager to enhance our team and streamline production.
Industrial bakery, specializing in pizza crust, in Fulton, NY is in need of a production supervisor. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for baking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to
ensure high-quality products and excellent efficiency. Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Supervisor experience a must.
- Overall compliance to Food Safety and Quality System Program
- Responsible for food production, packaging, storage, shipping/receiving, sanitation, quality control, health and safety.
- Training and supervising employees / supervisors in production, packaging, shipping/receiving and sanitation procedure.
- Ordering of the ingredient and packaging material as per the requirement and inform the receiver.
- Hiring, evaluation reviews and firing of employee.
- Schedule production according to order.
- Customer orders handling on daily basis
- Working closely with the maintenance and customer service department.
- Upholding budget and cost analysis for ingredients.
- Work with shift leaders including assisting with lead hand selection.
- Be a part of Internal Audit team and follow-up on the corrective action
- Actively involved during audit and corrective action follow-up
- The Vice President and Shift Supervisor are responsible to cover during his absence.
- The Vice President and/or Shift Supervisor cannot take vacation leave when Plant Manager is on vacation leave.
Salary : $22 - $27
