Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a positive customer experience, utilizing consultative skills to anticipate customer needs, suggest alternatives, and provide solutions.
- Implement directions, coordinate ongoing activities, provide information, and recommend appropriate services to current and potential clients.
- Operate and maintain office equipment.
- Manage complex projects, and complete assigned tasks based on priority.
- Ensure confidentiality of client data and handle documents and correspondence with care.
- Commit to ongoing learning and knowledge-seeking relevant to State compliance.
Work Hours:
- Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
- Full-time, salaried position with paid time off.
- Opportunity for part-time positions may be available based on qualifications.
Compensation:
- $31,200.00 - $37,440.00 annually

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:
- Some college or equivalent education preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to understand and convey State statutes and compliance requirements.

- Consistently communicate effectively with clients, vendors, team members, and supervisors.

What You Will Do:
- Serve as the first point of contact, providing prompt and professional responses to client inquiries via phone, e-mail, and other electronic formats.
- Conduct initial screenings to determine if potential clients' needs align with our firm's services.
- Data entry and maintenance of client information with meticulous attention to detail within data management tools.
- Prepare and distribute documents to current and potential clients.
- Conduct timely follow-ups to keep clients engaged.
- Anticipate needs to provide a great client experience.
- Actively pursue comprehensive knowledge of State statutes, compliance requirements, and related matters.
- Intake and process legal notices according to company policy and best practices.
