Teton Leather is looking for a quick witted awesome addition to our leather shop, We are the fastest growing leather company in the west, with a ton of moving pieces. The perfect fit would be someone willing to learn, who also brings collaborative energy, and a great sense of humor. Must have an up to date resume, and at least 3 years of relevant experience. Lots of room to grow.
Duties
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments for team members.
- Operate phone systems, handling incoming calls and directing them to appropriate personnel.
- Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and providing exceptional customer support.
- Assist with office management tasks, including inventory management and supply ordering.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Skills
- Proficient in calendar management and scheduling.
- Familiarity with phone systems for effective communication.
- Strong knowledge of Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
- Experience in front desk operations and customer service.
- Solid understanding of office management principles.
- Excellent customer support skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Accurate data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Strong administrative abilities to support daily operations.
- Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus.
- Ability to type efficiently for documentation purposes.
