WHO YOU ARE:
Teton Ridge is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support the Brand Partnerships team in identifying and developing new business opportunities. This role will focus on generating and qualifying leads, conducting outreach, and scheduling meetings with potential brand partners. The ideal candidate is a results-driven prospecting expert with 1-3 years of experience in media sales who is passionate about sales and business development.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Conduct research and utilize sales enablement tools to identify potential brand partners and key decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify inbound and outband leads through targeted outreach, including emails, calls, and social media engagement.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners in our CRM.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients for the Brand Partnerships Directors and Account Executives.
- Assist in the development of outreach strategies, sales presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Track and report on lead generation efforts, conversion rates, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with internal teams, across Revenue and Content, to align sales strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, sales development, lead generation, business development, or a similar sales role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong prospecting skills with a track record of successfully identifying and engaging potential business partners.
- Experience in outbound and inbound selling, with a focus on brand partnerships.
- Ability to effectively research, identify, and engage potential partners.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales enablement tools preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and present ideas effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven mindset with a passion for sales and business development.
- Understanding of brand partnerships, sponsorships, and the sports/media industry is a plus.
