Job Summary: This role involves coordinating rental vehicle readiness, preparing accurate invoices, addressing customer inquiries, and maintaining smooth communication across departments to meet both customer and operational needs. Exceptional service is provided through prompt, courteous interactions, and effective collaboration with team members.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule rentals, assure cleanliness of rental vehicles, check fuel levels, conduct walk arounds.
- Ensure rental vehicles are washed, fueled, and ready to rent within 30 minutes after check in.
- Obtain accurate information from rental customers.
- Prepare accurate invoices for customer’s rental agreements, service orders, parts, and detail and accessories purchases with prompt, courteous and efficient service.
- Communicate with appropriate employees regarding customer’s invoices, needs, questions or concerns.
- Answer phone calls for the Service Department.
- At close of business, balance till and ensure all tickets and payments are accounted for properly and accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service with every contact, using best practices and MAGIC.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple task efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with both customers and team members
- Collaborative attitude and ability to work effectively across departments
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Capable of providing exceptional experience in fast-paced environment.
