Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this role include conducting preventive maintenance activities, executing installation tasks, performing troubleshooting services, and submitting travel and expenses for reimbursement. You will also be expected to take time for learning, become a trusted expert on Tetra Pak equipment, and collaborate with the Customer Service Operations (CSO) team and customers to resolve issues.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have relevant work experience in manufacturing equipment installation, controls/automation, maintenance, and/or service work. Ideally, you should have some experience in the food packaging or processing industry. You should also possess strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to a strong quality culture. Fluency in English is required.
