Job Summary
Marketing Manager
Position is located at 3300 Airport Rd., Denton, TX 76207.
Telecommuting permitted up to 2-3 times per week.
20-30% Domestic travel required.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What You Will Do
As a Marketing Manager, you will:
Define, develop, and deliver customer marketing initiatives aligned with the cluster growth strategy in close collaboration with Key Account Management (KAM) teams. Contribute to the development of the Market Business Plan based on analysis of market intelligence covering the entire value chain for identified priority categories. Deliver marketing services for assigned customers, drawing materials, and methodologies from the Cluster/Central organization. Provide input to new product requirements based on value chain needs in key categories. Provide input to future intelligence requirements for market and liaise with cluster business intelligence, supporting research projects as needed. Analyze and use research/market data to support company forecast volumes and opportunities to grow or access new categories. Manage Promotional Investments and programs for assigned customers. Deploy product portfolios and category plans through assigned customers in accordance with the Market Strategy.
We believe you have
Bachelors degree in Communication and Publicity, Advertising, or a related field, and 5 years of experience in marketing or product development.

Must Have Work Experience In
- Working with large consumer packaged goods (CPGs) within the food industry and marketing activities typical of this industry.
- Conceptualizing and running co-creation tools to develop solution for business and marketing challenges for the food industry.
- Building joint plans with Food Industry CPG for product development and launches.
- Working with syndicated data suppliers such as Mintel and Nielsen to generate insights to help in strategic and business planning.
- Scoping and supervising ad-hoc consumer research to be run by reputable companies such as Ipsos, Mintel, or Nielsen.
- ERP systems that include SAP and reporting systems including Power BI and CRM system Salesforce suite.
- Food industry and consumption patterns, specifically for liquid food that include beverages and dairy.
