We are currently hiring a Survey Taker - Administrative Canvasser to support our disaster recovery program for Buncombe County, North Carolina. In this role, you will work onsite, collaborating with the Program Manager, subject matter experts, and other team members to provide critical administrative support, ensuring residents receive the assistance they need to recover from recent disasters.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Visit residential neighborhoods to introduce the PPDR program and engage with property owners
- Schedule appoints for property owners to meet with application teams
- Distribute marketing materials, brochures, and flyers to inform the community about the debris program
- Provide regular reports on the canvassing activities and appointment scheduling
- Strong communication skills : Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with property owners and the general public
- Reliable Transportation
- Comfortable with door-to-door interactions
