Tetra Tech, needs an Architect in Europe in Podgorica, Montenegro for construction of New US Embassy Compound with State Dept. Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO). This is a live position on a contract we already own replacing an employee who is leaving. The position is expected to deploy in August. R equires a US Govt. Secret Security Clearance.

Position Description
Provide NEC project with full range of critical architectural, construction quality assurance, and technical oversight.
Perform technical inspections, monitor the construction contractor's quality control program, and review project drawings to ensure compliance.
Observe onsite construction and determine if construction elements are being installed, formed, and executed properly.
Review shop drawings and submittals from the construction contractor in order to identify problems or non-compliance with design or contract specifications.
