RO-Telligent, A Tetra Tech Company, needs a Project Controls Engineer in Europe for construction of New US Embassy Compound with State Dept. Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO) in Podgorica, Montenegro. This is a live position, not a proposal. We currently have 4 people on the ground, you would join as the 5th. Requires a US Govt. Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance.

Requirements
US Govt. Secret Clearance or higher
US Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Management, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or Architectural Engineering.
Some Primavera Experience (don't have to be an expert).
