Your Role
- Perform lighting power density and other load calculations.
- Per Device (Power, Fire alarm) layouts per architectural plans
- Evaluate, create, and modify technical draws to support project requirements, building standards, and code compliance.
- Examine shop drawings to ensure compliance with project design intent, installation details, and accuracy prior to fabrication and installation of equipment and systems.
- Support creation of power risers for projects
- Support full time engineers on project needs like circuiting, code analysis, load calculations.
- Miscellaneous office tasks such as printing stamping and arrangement of construction documents.
- Additional duties as required.
- B.S. or M.S. candidate in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field in an undergraduate or graduate program required.
- Must commute to our Boston, MA office.
- AutoCAD and Revit experience is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
