Your Role :
Typical projects include a wide variety of municipal water / wastewater projects involving collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, storage and treatment facilities, and rehabilitation. The position is based in Irvine, CA.
- Water / wastewater infrastructure planning and design to include water and wastewater treatment, distribution and transmission mains, wastewater collection, trunk and force main, pumping stations, wells, storage tanks, civil grading, drainage, as well as rehabilitation of existing infrastructure
- Prepare construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates, detailed engineering reports and documents
- Ensure standard engineering practices and inclusion of appropriate documentation on various reports and design projects
- Evaluate alternatives, resolve technical issues, and interface with other engineering disciplines
- Perform design calculations, analysis, and engineering interpretation of specifications and drawings, recommending and documenting design modifications
- Resolve questions, plan, coordinate, and complete work as part of a design team
- Perform construction support services including reviewing shop drawing submittals, responding to requests for information, and evaluating change order requests
Qualifications :
Salary Range : $95,000 - $140,000, depending on experience.
