Tetra Tech AMT is looking for a Senior I IT Analyst - Authentication Services to support our FAA business. The IT Analyst will be an integral part of the I&O Authentication Services branch, responsible for administering and monitoring the Mission Support on-premises and Azure cloud authentication systems and services. This position involves managing user authentication infrastructure, providing domain-level group policy support, and overseeing the Active Directory Private Key Infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in identity management, authentication processes, and cloud administration.

- **Information Technology Services:** Provide information technology services in facilities planning, operations, and support to enhance user authentication and resource access
- **Storage Systems Analysis:** Conduct analysis, design, testing, and administration of storage systems to support authentication data management
- **Server System Analysis:** Analyze, design, test, and administer server systems that support user authentication processes
- **Network Engineering:** Engage in network engineering and administration activities to maintain secure access to systems and applications
- **User Support Planning:** Support planning, operations, and administration of user support, particularly regarding smart card authentication issues
- **Database and Web Application Services:** Provide support for databases and web application services related to user authentication
- **Production Readiness Activities:** Support pre and final production readiness activities to facilitate seamless transitions in authentication services
- **Related IT Systems Functions:** Perform related IT systems functions to support overall organizational goals, including managing domain trusts and group policies
- **Cloud Engineering:** Oversee Azure Cloud Tenant administration and engage in engineering, design, testing, and administration of cloud services related to authentication
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business systems, management information systems, IT management, and/or other IT degrees (engineering, math, and science-related degrees are acceptable substitutes)
- Eight (8) years of relevant experience in information technology services
- Strong problem-solving skills, capable of managing and troubleshooting user authentication issues effectively
- Proficiency in creating and modifying scripts used to manage and report on domain activities
- Experience administering Microsoft Windows Active Directory domains using standard Microsoft snap-ins such as Active Directory Users and Computers, Domains and Trusts, and Sites and Services
- Excellent communication and coordination skills to facilitate collaboration with other IT teams and support users effectively
- Familiarity with cloud engineering principles, particularly in Azure cloud administration, to support authentication services
- Ability to develop and follow standard operating procedures and complete ad hoc tasks and small projects with minimal supervision
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) or equivalent highly preferred
