Position Summary :
The Senior Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, screening, and interviewing candidates for employment for positions located in MSI's Headquarters. This role will work in partnership with MSI's Headquarters hiring managers. The Senior Recruiter will work to source top talent across multiple departments as assigned. The Senior Recruiter will also represent MSI at external events. This position will report to the Vice President of Human Resources. The preferred location for this role is in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area.

The anticipated pay range for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 USD.
