Essential Duties:

• With no direct location supervision to coordinate all operational aspects of the project, providing experience and responsibility in overseeing the Well Testing equipment and all actions of the crews
• To maintain all operational activities and equipment use in line with the project requirements
• To fulfill the responsibilities under the guidance of the Operations Supervisor / Country Manager and to ensure that all HSEQ / procedural issues are followed during the project
• The coordination of equipment and crews during the rig up operation and rig down on each well
• To oversee the operational crew activities, ensuring that all safety precautions and practices are always followed and assess their abilities. To be able to mentor and impart knowledge to operators and trainees
• To oversee and document all maintenance that is suitably performed in the field. To prepare and discuss all repairs / maintenance reports with the Maintenance Supervisor
• To advise and assist the Operations Coordinator with any pre-activity safety meeting preparation and action points to be discussed
• To ensure compliance and implementation of all HSE procedures required during the project specific activities, i.e., BBO Cards, Permit to Work systems RA’s and JSA’s
• To assist in the assessment reviews of each crew member, relaying all performance assessment information to the Operations Coordinator / Country Manager
• To specifically coordinate all procedures, shutdown systems, the choke manifold, and all separation activities onsite, as per the project requirements
• To ensure that a record of consumables is maintained in accordance with regular system checks and the contractual requirements. Ensuring that relevant records are completed for the Operations Coordinators post well reporting
• To ensure that all manual data and safety records are collected as a back up to the computerized reports
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manuals. Ability to interpret Process and Instrument Diagrams. Capable of writing reports and giving presentations, conducting meetings

Requirements:

• EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• EXPERIENCE: 7 years’ experience
• TRAVEL: Varies depends on job sites

  • Submit to and satisfactorily complete pre-employment background, medical, alcohol, and drug screening
  • Must possess a valid Driver’s License
  • Able and willing to work a rotating shift schedule that includes nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime (if applicable)
  • Able and willing to work in inclement weather, climb structures, perform work at heights, and in enclosed spaces
  • Able and willing to work both independently in remote locations and in a team environment
