Essential Duties:
- Demonstrate the ability to safely talce a crew and successfully rig-up, pump and rig-down a job
- Must be able to read, understand and follow the Process Flow Diagram
- Conduct site surveys to supply data to develop the Engineered Process Flow Diagram
- Possess knowledge and skills necessary to perform cartridge filtration jobs
- Work with minimal supervision
- Provide safe leadership and mentoring for all employees on his/her crew
- Mentors water training other Water Management team members
- Must possess basic computer skills
- Complete OSHA required training as well as drivers training
- Complete mentor checklist
- Perform job tasks in a safe and effective manner
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude
- Perform daily job paperwork including but not limited to timesheets, driver’s daily logbook, JSEA. Pre-trip & post trip inspection report, observation and near hit cards, job re-cap forms and work orders
Requirements:
- EDUCATION: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- EXPERIENCE: 7 years’ experience
- TRAVEL: Varies depending on job site
