Federal and state governments allocate billions in incentives to help homeowners choose high-efficiency systems—now at unprecedented levels thanks to the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022—but these dollars are historically underutilized due to lack of customer awareness. We're democratizing and unlocking those incentive dollars starting in Massachusetts and expanding to new markets.
About the Role
📍 Location: Massachusetts (Travel required, mileage reimbursed)
💰 Pay: Hourly commission (up to $5K/month)
📅 Job Type: 6-month contract (with potential to extend)
Are you a people person who is looking to get into a career in sustainability? We're looking for an Events Brand Ambassador to spread the word about energy-efficient home upgrades in Massachusetts! You'll attend local events, engage with homeowners, and promote clean energy solutions to help more people take advantage of existing programs and switch to efficient heating and cooling.
What You'll Do
✅ Represent our brand at events, farmers markets, and community gatherings
✅ Educate homeowners on heat pumps, energy savings, and rebates
✅ Build relationships and connect potential customers with our team
✅ Travel up to 1 hour for events (mileage reimbursed)
✅ Track engagement and report outreach efforts
What We're Looking For
✔️ 18 years old with a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
✔️ Outgoing and comfortable talking to new people
✔️ Previous sales, brand ambassador, or community engagement experience
✔️ Passion for sustainability and clean energy
✔️ Strong communication & relationship-building skills
