About the Role
π Location: Massachusetts (in-state travel required, mileage reimbursed)
π° Pay: $20-25/hour commission

Are you a passionate communicator who cares about climate solutions? We're looking for Field Brand Ambassadors to help Massachusetts homeowners discover the benefits of energy-efficient home upgrades! You'll go door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods, attend community events, and start conversations that lead to real change.
What You'll Do
β Conduct door-to-door outreach in specific neighborhoods
β Engage homeowners about heat pumps, energy savings, and rebates
β Represent our brand at local events and community gatherings
β Collect lead information from interested homeowners
β Schedule consultations with our sales team
β Track your outreach and meet weekly targets
β Travel within a 50-mile radius (mileage reimbursed)
What We're Looking For
βοΈ 18 years old with a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
βοΈ Outgoing personality with genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people
βοΈ Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service preferred
βοΈ Comfort with walking several hours per day in various weather conditions
βοΈ Resilient attitude β you don't get discouraged easily!
βοΈ Basic understanding of (or willingness to learn about) home energy systems
βοΈ Tech-savvy enough to use tablets/smartphones for tracking interactions
