Responsibilities

As a Salesforce QA Consultant, your primary focus will be on enhancing the quality of Salesforce implementations, ensuring that the solutions align with business requirements and technical specifications. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity and performance of Salesforce applications within our organization...Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Salesforce developers and business analysts to understand application requirements.
• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and scripts for automation and manual testing.
• Perform regression testing to identify defects and validate bug fixes.
• Utilize Salesforce testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes.
• Conduct performance testing to ensure applications meet speed and scalability standards.
• Identify and document bugs and issues in a timely manner using tracking software.
• Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives, contributing to the Agile process.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on QA best practices.
• Review test results with stakeholders and recommend improvements based on findings.
• Maintain test documentation and reporting to continuously improve processes.
• Stay updated with Salesforce enhancements and new features.
• Perform end-to-end testing for integrations with other systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in testing processes.
• Gather user feedback and incorporate it into testing cycles for improvements.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in QA and testing, specifically with Salesforce applications.
• Proven experience with manual and automated testing frameworks.
• Experience with Salesforce-specific testing tools like Selenium or Provar.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and architecture.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development life cycle.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in SQL for data verification and manipulation.
• Experience in writing and executing test cases and scenarios.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Developer are preferred.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
