Responsibilities
- Develop test plans, strategies, and test scenarios tailored to Salesforce-specific modules (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Define test objectives, scope, and approach for manual and automated testing.
- Write detailed and reusable test cases, test scripts, and test data that cover functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Ensure test cases map to business requirements and workflows.
- Execute test cases manually or through automated tools.
