Responsibilities:
- Conduct hands-on device testing using both standard and custom test setups.
- Analyze test data to identify trends, failures, and areas for performance improvement.
- Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to the engineering team.
- Develop and implement reliability test procedures to ensure device performance and longevity.
- Maintain and calibrate test equipment to ensure accuracy in data collection.
- Oversee testing lab maintenance to keep equipment in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate test findings into design enhancements.
- Support root cause analysis for device failures and suggest corrective actions.
- Assist in ReRAM device characterization, test report generation, and reliability assessments.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree (preferred) or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficient in Python, C, and C# for test automation and data analysis.
- Strong understanding of testing methodologies and reliability principles.
- Basic knowledge of ReRAM and MOSFET device operation.
- Experience with test equipment such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and multimeters.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools to evaluate test results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing project priorities.
Salary : $90,000 - $150,000
