Job Description:
Position: Plant Controller Reports to: CFO
- As a member of the plant leadership team, this position reports directly to the company’s CFO and is responsible for all accounting for the facility. We are looking to hire a dynamic, energetic leader to assist with managing all financial aspects of the business:
- Preparation of monthly management financial statements.
- Preparation of detailed annual budgets and standard costs.
- Preparation of monthly variance analysis.
- Creation of insightful financial analyses for management review and decision-making.
- Support Mergers & Acquisitions activities and accounting improvement projects.
- Supervision of day-to-day activities for the accounting function in the facility.
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Must have solid financial statement and cost accounting background and be extremely comfortable working with ERP and MRP systems to improve overall operating efficiency.
- Solid experience in manufacturing accounting.
- Solid experience in ERP and general ledger systems.
- Excellent Excel skills including pivot tables, graphs and data analysis.
- Working knowledge of LEAN manufacturing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,222.00 - $110,407.00 per year
