Product Manager

Title: Product Manager
Location: Greer, SC; Gilbert, AZ; Twinsburg, OH (On-Site)

Type: Full-Time (Direct Hire)

Job Description: Currently looking for a Product Manager.

Requirements:

· Prior product management experience in the industrial piping segment.

· Has worked for/with PVF houses selling and promoting press piping technology for industrial and commercial applications.

· Has worked with different piping schedules and materials for applications involving cooling systems, process waters, chemicals, gases, and fuels.

· Well understands how to navigate project selling involving engineering firms, general contractors, and sub-contractors.

· Has a basic understanding to read piping schematics.

· Experience bringing new products to the market.

· Project management experience.

· Must report to one of our U.S. locations – Greer, SC; Gilbert, AZ; Twinsburg, OH.

Key functions in this role:

· Research current product offerings and market trends to guide the development of our SS and CS press technologies.

· Create and lead Voice-of-Customer surveys.

· Gain a complete understanding of players in a segment and their positions in the market.

· Work with our technical team on product development and testing.

· Oversee U.S. third-party testing.

· Research U.S. standards and technical listings and provide guidance to the technical team.

· This involves speaking with ASTM, ASME, IAPMO, NSF, FM, UL, Etc.

· Work with our marketing department on literature, product promotion, and sales presentations.

· Coordinate with the factory technical team to provide technical documents, chemical compatibility charts, cut sheets, and CAD files.

· Manage the project launch plan with Director and sales team

· Train and support new hires/sales agents to support new product launches and growth.

· Work with product support specialist on pricing research and strategic pricing.

· Lead the creation of hands-on training for product demonstrations and lunch-and-learns.
