Job Description:
currently seeking an experienced Senior Estimator/Preconstruction Manager with the ability to develop cost models, preliminary budgets, value engineering, manage precon, and assemble bids in effort to develop and secure projects.
Preferred Experience:
- Similar experience with general contractor or developer in the multi-family sector.
- In depth knowledge of construction costs by trade.
- Experience leading preconstruction efforts by collaborating with the owner and the owner's consultants.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree in estimating or bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 10 years prior experience as an estimator with a general contractor or architect.
- Proven team building skills and the ability to lead/manage other team members.
- Effective communication skills and professional attitude and social skills.
