What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Manager position at Tetriq solutions?
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
· Three or more years’ experience as a Facilities and Maintenance Manager or similar role
· Valid Minnesota driver’s license
· First Class boilers license or ability to achieve within 6 months of employment
· Working knowledge / hands-on experience in all aspects of property/building maintenance, repair, custodial, etc.
· Two or more years of supervisory experience preferred
· Able to communicate effectively in person and in writing in the English language
· Interest in alternative property management, operations and cooperative housing structures
