Job Description:

• Seeking PV Field Service Technicians to join our 100% employee-owned statewide team. No previous PV experience is required and we will provide paid on the job training.
• Service Technicians are responsible for performing daily cleaning and maintenance services at residential and commercial sites across the island, including inspecting, cleaning, troubleshooting, and replacing PV systems and their components. PPC is on the cutting edge of PV maintenance, utilizing remote-controlled solar cleaning robots and thermal imaging drones to increase efficiency and production.
• Candidates will be required to work independently, take initiative, and be accountable for the quality of work. Critical thinking, problem solving, time management, basic math, reliable transportation, and comfort working at heights are essential.

Ongoing education will be provided and we pay for you to maintain active training certifications such as First Aid, CPR, OSHA 10-hr Construction, Electrical Safety Awareness, Lock Out – Tag Out, and Fall Protection.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.07 - $20.00 per hour
