Job Description:

• Responsible for managing personnel recruitment & administration by client policies and procedures. Conduct interviews & reference checks of job applicants for the Western Kansas Division. Approves hire of applicants.
• Advertise for positions through various resources.
• Administers & tracks FMLA &Work Compensation claims. Conducts and coordinates staff training.
• Trains supervisors on HR-related topics.
• Serves as the HIPAA Privacy Officer, Affirmative Action & Equal Employment Opportunity Officer.
• Oversees volunteer program. Conducts yearly climate & training surveys.
• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in personnel administration, human resources, or a similar degree.
• The position is located in Dodge City. Regular travel to other divisions for meetings/training.
