- Detail-oriented with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, building automation, and retrofit projects
- Experience in managing service and maintenance operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Relevant certification or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
