Job title: Senior Wealth Manager ("Advisor")

Location: Fort Collins, CO (Hybrid)

Responsibilities:

The Senior Wealth Manager (“Advisor”) is a critical member of our team. Our advisors act as advocates for our clients serving the client’s best interest. The principal role of the advisor is to develop new clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients. Advisors, partnering with the practice have experience with the discovery process that starts with learning more about the client’s short and long-term goals, building customized financial strategies tied to objectives that help meet their client’s goals, all while cultivating the next generation as stewards of family wealth.

Ideal Candidate:

Experienced and dedicated to the financial services industry and serving their clients.

LOVES working with and engaging clients, helping them understand investments, while constructing and maintaining customized portfolios that enable them to accomplish their financial goals and dreams.

Driven and passionate about investing, portfolio management and helping others make sound financial decisions.

Has the utmost integrity, discretion and trustworthiness – this is a must!

Wants to make a difference and build a legacy for themselves that is centered around putting their client’s best interest first.

Looking for a firm that will help them grow their business.

At the stage in their career where they are wanting to take their advisor level to the next step and join an independent, employee owned IAR firm.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or equivalent work experience. MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.

Book of business with capacity to add clients.

FINRA Registrations

Attention to detail, well organized, self-motivated & self-managed.

In-depth knowledge of the securities industry, its regulatory policies/procedures, and its products to include stocks, bonds, margin accounts, options, various retirement plans (IRA’s, Simple, Roth) mutual funds, annuities.

In-depth knowledge and practical ability to analyze stocks and portfolios and select appropriate investments for individual clients.

Strong interpersonal communication skills, and comfort/experience working with existing and prospective clients.
