Must have the following to apply : The most important thing is the ability to learnWe have the materials, scripts, SOPs, and documentation to teach how to do thisAt least one year of Sales experience requiredAt least one year of Real Estate Wholesale experience preferredBasic understanding of transactional Real Estate preferredRequired Screenings : Screenings / tests will be discussed with applicant.Job Description : We are looking for someone with the ability to put the work in to assist in sourcing properties that fit our model, making Commission on all properties moved.During the probation period (60 days / 10 contracts) this is Commission based with bonus opportunitiesAfter passing the probation period, be given the option to become a salaried employee ($150,000 / yr Commission)Each contract pays out around $3,000Be expected to sign an average of two contracts per weekWe use various data and plan to add money to PPC ads so that there will be even more leadsHiring Process : In order to apply to this position, please click "How to apply for this job" located at the bottom of the job order page, and you will receive the employer contact information.
