The Senior Director, Head of Corporate Affairs, Global R&D and Business Development plays a critical role in driving our strategy forward by elevating the visibility of our science, innovation, and drug development capabilities. This position requires a seasoned communications professional with expertise in pipeline, product/brand, and scientific communications in the Pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic positioning and communication programming for internal and external stakeholders to drive forward the company's strategy and promote Teva's purpose, support the business, strengthen Teva's reputation, and build employee pride.
- Lead executive thought leadership for R&D, pipeline and business development communications, and internal engagement activities in alignment with enterprise communication objectives.
- Engage and collaborate with business partners across the drug development value chain to synthesize Teva's work in core therapeutic areas while also championing the company's leadership in generics medicines.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, or a related field.
- A minimum of 15 years of corporate communications experience and at least 5 years of relevant experience in pipeline, product/brand or scientific communications in the Pharma industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
