We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Director, Head of Corporate Affairs, Global R&D and Business Development to join our team and help drive our mission forward.
This role requires a seasoned communications professional with expertise in pipeline, product/brand, and scientific communications in the Pharma industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate and executive communications and be able to develop and execute strategic positioning and communication programming for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business partners across the drug development value chain to synthesize Teva's work in core therapeutic areas while also championing the company's leadership in generics medicines.
- Design and execute inspiring engagement programs in partnership with human resources to connect employees with the company's culture, strategy, and innovation.
- Measure and analyze communication and engagement metrics to continuously improve communication strategies.
Requirements
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in communications leadership roles with proven ability in executive communications, public relations and organizational communications in R&D, Business Development and partner communications.
- Proficiency in creating messaging and content for various communication channels using digital communication tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
