Director, Revenue Optimization & Process Compliance
What You'll Do:
- Lead a team of experts to streamline contract operations, including rebates, chargebacks, and membership.
- Drive 340B compliance and ensure adherence to complex regulatory requirements.
- Optimize our revenue management system and master data to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions and improve business processes.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and drive operational excellence.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree required, Master's/MBA preferred
- 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical contract operations
- Deep understanding of 340B, IRA, and other relevant regulations
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to build high-performing teams
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and cost savings
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
