Location: Parsippany, NJ
Length: May 20, 2025 – August 8, 2025
Schedule: You must be available to work a 40-hour work week (onsite) for 12 weeks

How You’ll Spend Your Day
- During the 12 week program, you will gain in-depth insight into the Marketing department.
- Supported by a mentor and experienced colleagues, you will be directly involved in our daily business and be assigned tasks within diverse projects.
- You will also play an important role in the development of concepts and initiatives within the Marketing business unit.
- AOP Portfolio Lead for Strategy, budget & tactics
- Marketing Townhall preparation and slide presentation
- Managing the implementation of internal and external marketing campaigns above brand
- Consumer support, carve out specific projects from the AUS consumer plan (personal and non-personal)
- HCP NPP support, carve out specific projects from the AUS HCP plan (personal and non-personal)
- Currently enrolled in Marketing/Business, Bachelor of Science/Business
- Internship or previous experience in marketing or in a related field (class or major at school)
- Exposure to brand marketing and consumer insights
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, consumer behavior, and trends
- Fundamental understanding of MS suite of products, ability to handle confidential materials, and demonstrated attention to detail
- Intermediate Excel skills including skills related to charts, graphs, and Pivot Tables required
